Try your Travelisimo lunch box for 30 days. If it is not right for you, contact us and we will make it right — you do not need to ship anything back to us.

How It Works

  1. Email info@travelisimobrand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note about what went wrong.
  2. We reply within 1 business day and offer you either a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
  3. If you choose a refund, it is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

You keep the original item. We only ask that you do not resell it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email us photos within 30 days of delivery. We ship a free replacement right away — no return required and no cost to you.

Warranty

Every Travelisimo product is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your unit stops working under normal use within the warranty period, email info@travelisimobrand.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video. Approved warranty claims are resolved with a free replacement unit; no return shipment is required.

The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks, damage from drops, misuse, submersion of the electronic base in water, use of a non-approved charger, or any modification of the product.

Limits of the Guarantee

So we can keep offering a no-return guarantee, the 30-day money-back guarantee is limited to:

  • One unit per customer or household
  • Products purchased directly at travelisimobrand.com

Multi-pack orders (such as the Duo Pack) are eligible for the guarantee on one unit; the remaining units are covered by the warranty above. Products purchased from a third-party retailer must be returned under that retailer's policy.

We reserve the right to decline requests that show evidence of abuse of this policy.

Exchanges

Prefer a different color? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will ship the color you want at no charge. You keep the original — pass it on to someone who could use a hot meal.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of purchase. After that, fulfillment has already begun — but the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies, so you are never stuck with something you do not want.
