TRAVELISIMO LIFETIME GUARANTEE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions governing the Lifetime Guarantee offered by Travelisimo (hereinafter referred to as “Travelisimo,” “the Brand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, registering, and/or using a Travelisimo product, the customer fully and expressly agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. DEFINITION OF LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Travelisimo’s Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal and intended use during the reasonable lifetime of the product.

This guarantee is designed to provide peace of mind and customer support and should not be interpreted as unlimited or unconditional coverage.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Lifetime Guarantee applies exclusively to customers who meet all of the following conditions:

  • The original purchaser of the product.
  • Products purchased from 2024 onward. Products purchased prior to 2024 are not covered, as the Lifetime Guarantee was officially implemented starting in 2024.
  • Original Travelisimo products purchased through official channels only, including:
    • Amazon, exclusively when the purchase was made from Travelisimo’s official seller account;
    • The official Travelisimo online store; or
    • Other distributors expressly authorized by Travelisimo.
  • Products used in accordance with the instructions, voltage requirements, and safety guidelines provided in the product manual and listing.
  • The product must be registered within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. Failure to register the product within this period means the Lifetime Guarantee will not be activated.
  • This guarantee is non-transferable.

3. WHAT THE GUARANTEE COVERS

The Lifetime Guarantee covers only:

  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Functional failures not caused by misuse;
  • Internal component issues occurring under normal use conditions.

If a claim is approved, Travelisimo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Provide a replacement product; or
  • Issue a full or partial refund, as deemed appropriate.

If the claimed model is no longer available or has been discontinued, Travelisimo reserves the right to replace it with a product of equal or similar features, performance, and value.

4. WHAT THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER

The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications or repairs;
  • Use of the product with incorrect voltage (for example, using a 110V product on a 220V power supply without an appropriate transformer);
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality;
  • Loss, theft, or damage occurring during shipping handled by third parties (such cases must be addressed directly with the marketplace or carrier);
  • Consumable or accessory parts subject to normal wear.

5. PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE

5.1 Mandatory Product Registration

To activate the Lifetime Guarantee, customers must complete the official Travelisimo product registration process within sixty (60) days of purchase.

During registration, customers are required to provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Order ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Platform of purchase

Travelisimo reserves the right to validate this information to confirm eligibility and ensure the guarantee applies only to authentic purchases made through official channels.

Failure to provide accurate registration details may result in the guarantee being deemed invalid.

5.2 How to Request Support

To request service under the Lifetime Guarantee, customers must contact Travelisimo Customer Support through official channels and provide:

  • Order ID
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the product and the reported defect

Travelisimo does NOT require customers to return defective products. Claims are evaluated remotely based on the visual evidence provided.

Travelisimo reserves the right to request additional images, videos, or information when necessary to properly assess the claim.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis before any resolution is approved.

6. IMPORTANT CONDITIONS REGARDING REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Product Replacement

Once a replacement product has been shipped by Travelisimo, the Lifetime Guarantee shall be considered fully satisfied and concluded.

A replacement product does not carry a new guarantee, nor does it renew or extend the original Lifetime Guarantee.

6.2 Refunds

If Travelisimo issues a full or partial refund, the Lifetime Guarantee shall be considered fully fulfilled.

After a refund has been issued, no further claims may be made under this guarantee.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Travelisimo’s maximum liability under this Lifetime Guarantee is strictly limited to:

  • The replacement of the product; or
  • The original purchase price paid by the customer.

Travelisimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of food, loss of time, loss of income, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

8. FRAUD AND ABUSE

Travelisimo reserves the right to:

  • Deny claims suspected of fraud or abuse;
  • Request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of a claim;
  • Void the Lifetime Guarantee in cases involving false statements, misrepresentation, or misuse of the guarantee process.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

Travelisimo reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The most current version will always be available through our official channels. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the country or region where the purchase was made, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
