Q: Can I leave the plastic container in the lunch box while heating?
A: No, the plastic container should be removed before heating. Use the stainless steel tray instead, as the plastic is not heat-resistant.
Q: What is the rubber valve for?
A: The rubber valve on the vent helps regulate airflow during the heating process, ensuring proper ventilation.
Q: Can I cook rice or steam raw meat/vegetables in the lunch box?
A: This lunch box is meant for warming pre-cooked food. It’s not designed for cooking or steaming raw ingredients like rice, vegetables, or meat.
Q: Can I store the lunch box in the fridge?
A: You can store food in the stainless steel container in the fridge, but do not place the entire lunch box, especially the electrical base, in the refrigerator to avoid damage.
Q: Is the lunch box dishwasher safe?
A: The stainless steel tray, lid, and plastic container are dishwasher safe. The heating base, however, should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and never submerged in water.
Q: Can I use the lunch box to keep my food cold?
A: The lunch box is designed to heat food, not cool it. If you need to keep food cold, store it in the refrigerator until it's ready to heat.
Q: How do I know when the food is ready?
A: There is no specific timer, but most meals are warmed up within 20-30 minutes. Keep an eye on the food's temperature and remove it once it’s sufficiently heated.
Q: Is the lunch box safe to use while driving?
A: If your model comes with a car adapter, you can safely use it while parked, but we do not recommend heating food while driving for safety reasons.

A: The lunch box is designed to heat food and keep it warm, but we recommend unplugging it once your food is warm to avoid overuse and prevent potential wear on the device.
Q: Can I use the lunch box without water?
A: Yes, you can heat your food directly without adding water, as the lunch box uses direct heat to warm your meals.
